If you purchased KonteX products through our network of distributors.  Please contact the distributor directly for best support experience.  If, for some reasons, you are not able to get responses from them promptly, we are happy to help to bring it to their attention and monitor the responses.  You may also find technical specifications and FAQs from the Helpdesk located on our site useful.
